Summary (plain language)
Tickari is a task and notes app. To run the service, we process basic account information (like your email for sign-in), store the content you create (tasks, notes, checklists, and images), and—if you enable reminders—store the information needed to deliver push notifications. We also collect anonymous analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve it.
We do not sell personal information. We limit access to your data and use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements.
What we collect
- Account information: email address used for authentication and account recovery.

Data retention
We retain information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we must retain certain information for legal reasons. Items moved to bin/trash may remain until you permanently delete them or they are automatically removed based on app behavior.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable.
